MODALITÀ D'USO:take a portion of 30 g (3 scoops) per day mixed with 130-200 ml of water or other liquid of your choice. Un prodotto così schifoso non l’ho mai provato. All’apertura del barattolo non capisci se sono proteine o carboidrati. Piene di aromi e schifezze come xantano che ti fanno scoreggiare per ore.
