Miso di Riso is a typical condiment of Japanese cuisine. The basic ingredient of the famous miso soup is very old.
Miso is obtained from the fermentation of yellow soy thanks to the action of the Aspergillus oryzae mushroom. It is characterized by being very aromatic and ideal for dressing soups and broths. The possible presence of a light patina on the surface is due to the presence of an amino acid (thyroxine) that develops in naturally fermented miso.
DIRECTIONS: add it to soups and soups at the end of cooking, without letting it boil. Since miso is already salty, when you use it it is advisable not to add more Salt to your preparations.
