Pasta Attiva Saracenum is an innovative product, thanks to the presence of buckwheat germ fermented at a controlled temperature (35 ° C), capable of providing a series of "active" nutritional elements and a very characteristic flavor. The particular and slow processing of the mixture prepared with cold water, combined with a bronze drawing and a long drying at low temperature (38 ° C), the product has a particular tough consistency, an excellent ability to maintain cooking and tie the toppings.
Pasta Attiva Saracenum contains buckwheat germ, "activated" thanks to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature (35 ° C). This process increases the bio-availability of the many nutrients already present in the germ, the living part of the grain, making them easily assimilated by our body.
SARACENUM pasta represents an important nutritional novelty. In addition to being a source of fiber and protein, it has a high content of phosphorus, which contributes to normal energy metabolism, and of zinc, which is important for normal protein synthesis.
