Pappardelle verna and senatore cappelli
fine artisan pappardelle of the Tuscan tradition, made with ancient Senatore Cappelli and Verna grains in the right proportions, grown and transformed in the Val d'Orcia, in Tuscany. A good, genuine and healthy pasta, ideal for a thousand recipes.
The stone grinding allows to keep all the characteristics of the wheat germ intact, while the bronze drawing gives a rough and rippled surface, able to retain sauces and condiments.
The slow drying at low temperatures (20 hours, 40 ° C) does not alter the starches of the pasta. This makes it possible to obtain a "live" product, with a tough, elastic and non-sticky consistency, which guarantees greater digestibility.
DIRECTIONS: cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes in lightly salted water with sea Salt and mix with a wooden ladle.
