These algae come from Spain, precisely from the region of Galicia, an Iberian coast with a centuries-old marine tradition that boasts a unique abundance and variety of marine species.
DIRECTIONS: this seaweed is ideal for rich salads and for typical preparations of oriental cuisine. Excellent natural, if blanched in water and stir-fried it acquires consistency and a beautiful dark green color reminiscent of spinach. It can also be used as a garnish and is great for preparing soups, rice, croquettes and cakes. Per a delicious snack it is recommended to pass it lightly in the oven and enjoy it still hot and crunchy.
