BODY ATTACK LOW CARB PROTEIN MUFFIN
Blend for the preparation of 6 muffins flavored with chocolate, with sweeteners, low in carbohydrates (min 30% less than the average of commercially available muffin preparations), high in protein and low in sugar.
DIRECTIONS: to prepare 6 muffins (about 360 g) add to the mixture 2 whole eggs, 150 g of curd or lean cheese and 50 g of oil, kneading for about 3 minutes; in the meantime preheat the oven, then pour the dough into a mold for muffins and cook for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C in a ventilated oven. You can add fruit, nuts, hazelnuts, sliced almonds or coconut chips for a personal touch!
