These biscuits with ancient grains and hazelnuts are tasty and nutritious, rich in nutrients useful for the well-being of the body. The Ancient Grains of Romagna Selection 1 flour is produced from a blend of local organic grains, self-produced. They are grains that have not undergone genetic alterations and therefore maintain their original characteristics unaltered. The varieties are: Rieti, Gentilrosso, Inallettabile, Frassineto, Verna, Marzotto, Abbondanza, Mec, Centauro, Belvedere, all collected in an area of 500 hectares in the territories between Sogliano and Mercato Saraceno, in the Romagna Apennines, which becomes Tuscany. In direct contact with the 15 farmers involved and with the Mill, it guarantees a short and fully controlled supply chain, from the field to storage, grinding and bagging. The flours of ancient grains of Romagna have a low quantity of gluten and are more digestible and well tolerated by the body.
