How to Measure Lever Belt: To measure for your belt size, you should measure the distance from the lever prong on the buckle to the center adjustment hole on tongue. This will allow you to go up or down in weight and still use your belt. If you already have an existing weight belt that fits you well, measure from the roller to the most worn hole to be most accurate. If you do not have an existing weight belt, you can still get your measurement by measuring your waist (around your belly button). The most common way to get a measurement is to use a tape measure and take your measurement in a relaxed state. Do not use your pant size to determine the size of your belt as that is not accurate for weight belt measurements. Please allow for what ever basic style of clothing you would wear while working out so you have the most accurate measurement. Once you get your accurate measurement, check the size range above to see what belt size will work best for you. Try and get a belt that has your size as a middle-range.

Dotata di soli 4 coppie di buchi, molto(troppo) distanti fra loro. Quindi solo 4 possibilità di spostare il gancio. Nella seconda coppia di buchi mi stava troppo stretta...nella terza coppia di buchi troppo larga. I calzolai/pelletterie non avevano attrezzi adatti per fare ulteriori buchi a questo tipo di cuoio. Ho dovuto comprare una punta per il trapano adatta e ho dovuto fare io con il trapano i buchi(molto piacevole dopo aver speso più di 50 euro)!!! Dotata di viti scadenti.. ho dovuto comprare pure le viti perché dopo aver avvitato e svitato più volte(vi lascio immaginare la gioia!!)si erano spanate!!Adesso va bene, è ben stretta per fare stacchi e squat. Ma non c'è la possibilità di allargarla un po' per fare rematori... devo usare un'altra cintura per questo!! Smontare il gancio e riavvitarlo è un'avventura! Quindi una volta avvitata nella coppia di buchi, li' resta. auguri! Massimo Meucci
